The book is available now. Please allow approximately a week for shipping.

To order the book online, please click the appropriate button below, for the location to which the book will be shipped. Kindly specify, via separate email to me (lionelbirnbom@hotmail.com), if you wish it autographed and include any special dedication you might like included. The book will be shipped to you at the address you provide in your order, A.S.A.P. Please double-check the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address before finishing the purchase transaction.
The price includes all taxes, but shipping charges are separate and may vary in Canada by region. Please use your Canadian credit card for purchases in Canada, or your U.S. credit card for purchases in the U.S. or other countries. Please be careful to choose the correct region and currency with which you'll be paying.
